Each of my pieces is unique. They are made from driftwood or pieces found on the beach. The wood dictates the design and no two are alike.
Shingleshacks - it's name is inspired by the beach huts at Calshot, New Forest - our local beach. Beach huts, shingle, great views. What's not to like and it's the motivation behind these little driftwood scenes.
All the materials, baring the paint and glue, are sourced from the beach itself so each article is unique and cannot be replicated.
You can often find me making these at my beach hut. The prices vary depending upon size and the amount of detail - generally they cost between £20 and £25.
